Fit4thefloor combines four elements; fitness, nutrition, life balance, and dance. We also strive to bring a higher level of injury awareness to the dance community. Fit4thefloor offers both online and in person coaching for any fitness or health goals and we also provide the best stretch workshop ever!


We are working to inspire and motivate our bodies through developing more range of motion and excited to return after the pandemic.
