At the beginning of your personal training journey we will discuss your physical capabilities, dietary habits, and current mindset and make positive changes that are particular to how you live, rather than making sweeping statements that apply generally, but not necessarily to you specifically. Your program will be designed to help you meet your desired goals and is tailored to your unique body composition.

My personal training is anchored in the believe that exercise is a celebration of what your body is capable of. It includes a full array of workout programs, from resistance training to standard weight lifting, circuit training to daily stretching routines—giving you a flexible exercise schedule. Together we will break down barriers, unleash your body's potential, and redefine your personal strength.
Fitness comes in all shapes and sizes, just like humans. Below are some off-the-shelf packages which are rad if they work for you. However, I am more than happy to work with you to design a package that meets your individual and financial needs.
