Confrontation is hard. It is especially hard when you are standing face-to-face with what you fear the most—yourself and your thoughts. Inside is your passion, your fire, your desire to uncover what is burning inside. The voice that says “you are made to be seen, look up.”
We push forward then pull back. We run and then turn around to see if anyone is following. We stay silent but want to scream so loudly it shatters glass. We hide but want so badly to be found. We stuff ourselves full of negative beliefs. Beliefs that are shown to us from our parents, teachers, advisors, and classmates. Beliefs that we must unlearn, patterns that we must break.

What if you found freedom by running toward the uncomfortable and unknown? What if opening up and sharing your voice brings you joy? What if love was open with no walls to climb? What if uncovering feels safe? What would you do now if you could untether yourself from the beliefs you once knew?
