As most of you know I meal prep, A LOT! As such, I wanted to share a small snapshot of what I always have on hand in my kitchen. Staying consistent means I have to have the basics available. These are in no order to what I have outlined below but they are all equally important.
Here we go!
Egg whites Costco brand, they sell them in small two cup containers. I use half of a container in the morning and generally half of a container somewhere else in the day.
Muscle egg flavored egg whites. I get them at a local shop called Sports Nutrition Center. They come in frozen gallons. You can make just about anything with them including all of your desserts, shakes, or you can drink them plain if you want! My favorite is cake batter, but I also enjoy the vanilla. They always have seasonal flavors too! You can find them here too.
Protein hot chocolate. 23 g of protein in one scoop. You purchase this at Bowmar Nutrition.
Cashew butter, peanut butter, almond butter
Coffee, coconut sugar, raw sugar, Splenda
Multiple nut milks:almond, coconut almond, cashew, and oat
Silk “Oh Yeah” the oatmeal cookie one oat milk creamer. I have only been able to find this at Target.
Walden Farms pancake syrup
Baby spinach, cucumbers, avocado, zucchini
Pickles, olives, cheese (many), turkey, pepperoni slices
Frozen blueberries
Old fashioned rolled oats, steel cut oats
99% fat free ground turkey, frozen shrimp, tilapia
Blueberry pop tarts
Almonds, cashews, sunflower and chia seeds
