RISE 3.0 Summer Edition is a 12-week health & fitness program designed to keep you focused on your personal growth. Develop better habits, improve your discipline, and achieve your goals with the support of a certified, experienced coach and by leaning on a community of accountabilibuddies.

This 12-week program includes:

  • Full body training program based on your personal goals*

  • Nutrition training & coaching

  • Weekly virtual check-ins

  • One, 30-minute personal coaching call per month

  • In-app meal tracking

  • Monthly group video call

  • Group chat & community support

  • Direct contact with Coach Katie

  • Discount on additional in-person or online training sessions
